For example, here’s a life-changing story (literally) from Gary’s youth.
However, I must warn you – it’s VERY STRANGE.
But it will no doubt help any aspiring copywriters who are yet to go “balls to the wall” with copywriting.
Here goes:
Gary was being interviewed by another copywriting great – Michael Fortin, and he told Michael this BIZARRE story about his days in the army – fighting in the Vietnam war.
Well, one night, Gary was pulled out of his platoon and confronted by police and a local farmer.
Apparently, this farmer caught a US solider sodomizing his goat (told you it got weird).
And Gary was the prime suspect.
However, Gary did not stick his carrot in the farmer’s goat.
What had happened was, the elusive goat lover stole Gary’s uniform, with his name tag on it.
Moral of the story?
Life changes in a split second.
If you want a good laugh, tell god your plans for the future.
Point is…
Nothing is guaranteed in the life.
Shit happens.
And you can become grey dust any minute, of any day, for any random reason.
One minute you’re here, then, BAM! You’re GONE.
So, LIVE life to the fullest… NOW.
Start putting your dreams into ACTION… and do not wait another day.
No more “I’ll do it tomorrow’s.”
